Response to COVID-19

Dear valued clients and friends of Tyrrell’s,

We would like to share an update on how Tyrrell’s is responding to the rapidly changing
environment caused by the continued spreading of coronavirus (COVID-19). At Tyrrell’s, we
feel well prepared to maintain all of our services, and we acknowledge there may be needed
adjustments along the way as we, along with you, navigate through these unprecedented times.
We highly value your business, and we appreciate your patience with us during these disrupted
times.

Our dealership is devoted to the health and safety of our people, clients, and communities we
serve. With safety as our primary concern, Tyrrell’s is taking all necessary precautions with each
decision oriented around our people and our clients. We have however advised all dealership
employees to suspend handshakes and physical contact with our guests. While it is normally our
policy to greet guests with a handshake and a smile, we are taking precautionary measures
against spreading illness. The smile and guest focus will continue!

Despite the disruptions to daily life caused by COVID-19, we are committed to delivering an
exceptional client experience, and our passion for helping our clients achieve their goals has not
diminished in the wake of this unexpected and unusual time. Regardless of what lies ahead, one
thing we can count on is each other. We care about our families, fellow team members, our
clients, your families and our communities, and we will be in this together, supporting one
another throughout this unprecedented situation until this unusual time has passed. Also, in the
end, these experiences will make Tyrrell’s, our people and our clients even more adaptable and
prepared for the changing, global marketplace we serve every day.

Effective immediately:

 Every 30 minutes each department will wipe down all door handles, flat surfaces,
etc.
 Social Distancing-stay 6 to 10 feet away if possible, no hand shaking and all
Service Advisors/Sales Managers will meet customers outside of their office
 All employees that are in and out of customer vehicles need to wear disposable
gloves
 If you are sick, stay home.
